• Event rentals require a 7 bedroom rental in high season and 6 bedroom rental in low season. The 4 and 5 bedroom rates are not available for events
• No live bands with drums and or amplification. Harps and acoustic guitars are OK
• D J is ok, again no amplification. No microphone usage
• Quiet time is 9 PM. No yelling and screaming
• No glass within 30' of the pool. Cans or plastic are much preferred for the pool area
• Event planner must coordinate through the owner
• Event must have an acceptable designated responsible monitor for the party
