Luxurious beachfront villas consisted of 4 separate units of approximately 2,000 square foot each that could be rented either as a 12 bedroom complex or 4 individual villas. Each of the villas contains 2 master suites and a guest bedroom with its own full bathroom. Two of the villas have a half bath off the kitchen. One of the villas has an upright Baldwin piano. Each villa has its private entry, full kitchen/dinning, a separate laundry room, air conditioning, hardwood/travertine/tile flooring, and large balcony. The complex has a salt-water swimming pool, 7 parking stalls and is secured with electronic gates.
